Game Format Definitions

Here's my suggestion:

Pervasive Game: a digital game that blends with the player's everyday life.

Location-based Game: a digital game that uses the player's physical location as part of the gameplay.

Proximity Game: a digital game that uses the player's proximity to other players or objects as part of the gameplay.

Alternate Reality Games: a digital game that creates an illusion of being part of the player's reality [hmmm...].
